Hot or cold, Matcha is a beverage that has taken the health conscious by storm, replacing all that nasty coffee stuff with lot's of umami flavour and antioxidants. Artist Matt Nguyen celebrates the delicious Japanese beverage with vibrant colours, a take out theme and a fish treating that Matcha like a life affirming hot tub. It's kind of crazy but will work brilliantly in a cool, contemporary kitchen.
